ECG & CCSU Host Fusion Energy Event

From Our President

From Our President

“Climate change requires us to be ready to meet production-ready fusion with a regulatory green light backed by multifaceted leading voices of support. We don’t have the 25 years it took for wide-spread acceptance and growth of our existing green energy base. Let’s put experience to good use disrupting climate predictions. Fusion for humanity’s common good.”

ITER Fusion is Making a Splash
The non-profit organization Energy for the Common Good is planning two panels in the week ahead on the regulatory landscape for fusion commercialization, including one at the ITER Pavilion in the Blue Zone on 5 December.
“The prospect of fusion power availability by the end of this decade is a significant opportunity for society to aggressively expand the battle against climate change. Scientists and engineers are doing their part to make this a reality. However, a paradigm shift is needed in the way new energy technology is incorporated into the power mix. It is this societal acceptance and demand for fusion soon enough to make a difference to climate that ECG challenges humanity to make happen.”
